About the Role
Schindler Lifts NZ Ltd, a company committed to enhancing urban life through reliable elevators and escalators, is looking for a part-time Training Administrator for an 8-month fixed term to cover parental leave. Located in Auckland, this role involves working 20 hours per week to support various training activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the training manager in organizing and delivering training programs to staff across New Zealand.
- Manage certification programs administration and maintain comprehensive training records.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing other event details.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in training coordination or general administration is essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) at an intermediate skill level.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Skilled in organizing training sessions and small-scale events involving venue and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or Human Resource systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Must have legal, permanent work rights in New Zealand.
