RG&T Solutions is hiring a part-time Remote Work-From-Home Research Panel Administrative Assistant in San Carlos, California. This position is suited to someone who can support research-related administrative work from home while enjoying a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do
- Handle routine administrative work such as entering data, organizing schedules, and managing documents.
- Act as a link between research staff and panel participants to keep communication flowing smoothly.
- Help bring new research panel members into the process and support their onboarding.
- Keep records accurate and up to date for research tasks and participant details.
- Answer questions by email or phone and deliver helpful customer service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good organization and time management abilities.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using common office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
