Part-Time Receptionist

About the Role

The Maritime Hotel, located at The Quay in Bantry, County Cork, is part of the esteemed Gleneagle Group, dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. We are currently looking for a motivated Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently to facilitate seamless arrivals and departures.
• Serve as the primary contact point by professionally handling incoming calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and process financial transactions with diligence.
• Assist guests proactively with inquiries, offer local recommendations, and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a customer-facing role showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities paired with proficiency in IT systems.
• A professional, courteous, and guest-oriented attitude.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and surpassing guest expectations.
