About the Role

Ora Paints seeks a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Paint Sales Executive to join their team in Melattur, Kerala. The successful candidate will have expertise in decorative paints, colour matching, paint mixing, waterproofing products, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting appropriate interior and exterior paints tailored to their needs.
• Precisely operate paint mixing and tinting machines to produce desired colours.
• Advise clients on primers, putty, waterproofing solutions, and painting tools.
• Oversee stock management, maintain inventory levels, and arrange product displays effectively.
• Handle billing procedures and perform basic computer functions related to sales.
• Keep the showroom clean, well-organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Develop strong rapport with customers and provide support post-purchase.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
• Meet set sales targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years experience working in a paint showroom or retail environment.
• In-depth understanding of decorative paints and painting techniques.
• Proficient with paint tinting and colour mixing systems.
• Knowledgeable about waterproofing products and their applications.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfortable handling customers.
• Familiarity with basic billing software and computer operations.
• Strong skills in organizing stock and managing inventory.
• Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and teamwork orientation.
