Role Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals with a love for plants to join our team as Outdoor Plant Technicians at Posh Services, a division of Rentokil Initial. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work within a supportive and empowering environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain outdoor plants for clients
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers both verbally and in writing
- Utilize mobile phone service applications and tablets confidently during daily operations
- Work independently to meet predefined targets
Requirements
- Valid Australian driver's license is mandatory
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical assessments, reference checks, and police background checks
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to achieve set goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology such as mobile service apps and tablets
