Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, Outward Bound-certified outdoor facilitator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading high-impact outdoor experiential learning programs across multiple Saudi Arabian locations, with a target joining date of September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outdoor experiential learning activities and field programs.
• Supervise, coach, and nurture the development of facilitator staff.
• Assist with recruiting and selecting freelance facilitators.
• Train, evaluate, and support facilitators throughout their accreditation process.
• Lead varied participant groups while ensuring safety, professionalism, and outstanding participant experiences.
• Help plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive field programming.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• Valid or recognized Outward Bound certification/accreditation.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Documented facilitation experience with a minimum of 100 diverse groups in Outward Bound field programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• High ethical and professional standards.
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to travel and reside onsite during field assignments across Saudi Arabia.
• Professional references from prior Outward Bound managers or supervisors are mandatory.

This position is full-time and based onsite primarily in Jeddah, with field programs across various locations in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should demonstrate passion for outdoor education and commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.
