I search solution is hiring for an Outbound Telecaller based in Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi. This role demands a proactive sales professional with 0.6 to 2 years of experience to generate business opportunities and drive revenue through outbound communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective leads by cold calling, sending emails, using LinkedIn, and networking.
- Engage with key decision-makers in corporations to arrange meetings and discuss service offerings.
- Effectively communicate the firm's digital marketing products and services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while spotting opportunities for business growth.
- Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English communication and presentation capabilities.
- Previous exposure to Corporate or B2B sales environments.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing domains including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong persuasion, relationship management, and deal-closing proficiency.
- Highly driven, goal-focused, and able to take initiative independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn outreach considered advantageous.
