Job Location and Working Model

This position is based at Pinnacle 2, Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3 (D03 P580). The role requires working on-site with a 24/7 rotational shift pattern covering all seven days of the week.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Verify and assess information following established policies and guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to compliance and security protocols related to client data management.
• Adapt and respond to process updates and changes after conducting thorough research.
• Maintain and aim to exceed the assigned monthly and annual quality and productivity goals.
• Follow standardized process structures and procedures diligently.
• Conduct outbound calling to businesses within designated countries to gather relevant information.
• Support users by reviewing, summarizing, and completing various request types accurately.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in content review tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience and adjust quickly to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment including cutting-edge AI technology.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and interpretation within content operations.
• Integrate and implement Generative AI technologies to improve content creation and management.
• Use Gen AI capabilities to enhance user interaction and content accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content strategies align with business aims and contribute to overall team success by sharing insights and best practices.

Application Criteria and Candidate Profile

• Available to work rotating shifts across all seven days.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies including prompt engineering skills.
• Consistent and punctual attendance with excellent time management.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Proactive in learning and professional growth.
• Displays ownership and accountability for individual and team performance.
• Experience in data analysis and report generation is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
