Role Overview

The Operations Officer at Universal Aviation Dublin is pivotal in overseeing and executing aircraft ground handling services while representing the company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining composure during high-pressure situations.
• Comprehend and apply all Customs and Immigration protocols and entry requirements related to aircraft handling.
• Handle catering, lavatory servicing, refueling, transportation, and hotel arrangements effectively.
• Manage documentation associated with aircraft arrivals and departures.
• Deliver comprehensive ground handling services and operate relevant ground support equipment.
• Set a professional example, exercising discretion and informal leadership within the team.
• Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by the company or clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience preferred in ramp operations and customer service.
• Valid European driver's license is mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service aptitude with the ability to remain effective in stressful environments.
• Team-oriented, demonstrating loyalty to the company and colleagues, professional appearance, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
