Role Overview
This role is central to keeping the company’s day-to-day operations running smoothly across administration, finance support, and HR coordination. It also includes practical exposure to business automation software, making it a strong learning opportunity for someone starting or growing a career in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, stock/inventory, workplace facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records, manage schedules, support compliance, and suggest process improvements.
- Support billing, expense monitoring, petty cash handling, vendor payouts, and preparation of financial summaries.
- Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, payroll data entry, employee documentation, and engagement initiatives.
- Use automation tools to simplify workflows and prepare MIS reports.
- Work with different teams to improve overall operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The company is looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a closely related discipline. Relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in operations, administration, HR, finance coordination, or a similar function is expected. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, HR practices, and finance processes is important, along with good communication, organization, analysis, and stakeholder-handling abilities.
