Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. The individual will be responsible for managing daily operations including liaison with home chefs, supervising logistics workflows, assuring meal quality, and guaranteeing timely deliveries. Maintaining high operational efficiency and fostering clear communication with clients and internal teams are key aspects of this role.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in operations and operations management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess and enhance operational processes.
• Experience in logistics coordination and quality assurance procedures.
• Prior operational role experience will be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 14000 to 16000 INR along with incentives and an annual performance-related bonus.
