About the Role
Join First Advantage Global Operating Center Pvt Ltd as an Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru, India. This position involves managing international client communications through voice channels across multiple time zones, delivering excellent customer service, and addressing client concerns effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound international client calls from varied time zones, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Handle transactions, respond to client queries, and manage concerns quickly to uphold client satisfaction.
- Work with internal departments to solve complex challenges, escalating issues when necessary to maintain service quality.
- Keep meticulous records of all client interactions utilizing CRM systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in an international BPO or call center setting.
- Demonstrate excellent spoken English communication skills essential for handling international voice processes.
- Capable of working night shifts according to rotating schedules.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently process transactions.
Additional Information
Graduation is not mandatory for applicants.
Compensation ranges between INR 250000 and INR 550000 per year.
