About the Role
Join Woolworths Group as an Online Manager, leading your department by fostering a cooperative and high-achieving team dedicated to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will receive support through the Store Leadership Pathway to enhance your leadership capabilities and department performance, helping you progress your career in retail management or specialize as a department expert. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your department end to end, ensuring operations run smoothly to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee order picking to fulfill demand accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Create a workplace where flexibility and inclusion allow everyone to thrive.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to engage colleagues and exemplify customer delight through the Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care, and Thank.
- Commitment to safety by following proper processes to protect both team and customers.
- Strong motivation to support and lead department operations daily.

Work Schedule
The roster includes a shift starting Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
