Job Overview

The role involves carrying out environmental monitoring and assessments in multiple areas to ensure compliance with established standards. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data using specific tools, maintaining detailed records, and communicating insights to relevant parties.

Key Duties

• Conduct routine environmental surveys and assessments at different sites.
• Gather, evaluate, and interpret environmental data utilizing specialized instruments and software.
• Maintain precise documentation regarding environmental parameters and conditions.
• Report findings and provide recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Support projects focused on environmental cleanup and restoration efforts.
• Adhere strictly to environmental regulations and quality standards.
• Carry out growth promotion tests, prepare media, operate autoclaves, and handle cleaning and disinfectant preparations.
• Perform calibration of various instruments to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Requires a Master of Science degree in Microbiology.
• Between 2 to 7 years of experience in environmental monitoring, including microbial limit testing and water sampling.
• Competent in observation of environment monitoring plates and related quality control activities.
