Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai for an Office Executive. The role centers on ensuring the office runs smoothly by handling administrative and operational work related to legal and client processes. You will support coordination with clients, keep records and files organized, prepare and arrange legal paperwork, manage schedules, and assist the legal team with day-to-day office tasks.
Key Duties
- Manage routine administrative and operational activities for the office.
- Coordinate with clients and help maintain smooth legal and client-related workflows.
- Organize office records, files, and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Prepare, compile, and arrange legal documents as needed.
- Set up meetings and appointments and keep schedules updated.
- Provide administrative assistance to the legal team.
- Support document registrations and related follow-ups.
- Track pending matters and push them toward timely closure.
- Handle assigned work with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and should have a solid grasp of general office administration. Experience in managing documents, maintaining records, and keeping office files in order is important. Strong drafting, communication, and correspondence abilities in English, Hindi, and Marathi are preferred. The role also requires the ability to work with clients, advocates, government offices, banks, and housing societies. Good organization, multitasking, time management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability are essential. The candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Prior exposure to a law firm, real estate, property documentation, or legal support work will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time office-based role in Mumbai. The compensation offered is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
