Role Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated Office Admin Entrepreneur to oversee daily operations at our Hyderabad Kukatpally head office, while leading franchise development efforts across India. This commission-only, performance-driven position offers an uncapped earning potential based on your ability to grow franchises, generate leads, and expand multiple service verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office administration duties including scheduling, client coordination, documentation, and routine operations at the Hyderabad office.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard business partners and franchisees nationwide, expanding our franchise network.
• Drive business growth in core areas such as HR recruitment/staffing, website development, CRM deployment, digital marketing, media consultancy, legal and taxation services, and government subsidy loans.
• Perform client outreach through various channels like calls, emails, WhatsApp Business, and networking events to close deals and foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads, sales conversions, and revenue generation; provide weekly reports to headquarters.
• Collaborate across teams in recruitment, digital marketing, and compliance projects.
• Innovate business development strategies for both urban and rural markets using AI and digital platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: Any graduate including Inter, BA, BSc, B.Com, MA, M.Com, MSc, Law students, BBA, or CA Intermediate preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office and CRM systems; familiarity with digital marketing or HR tools is advantageous.
• Driven entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and a results-focused attitude.
• Based in Hyderabad (Kukatpally) and committed to dedicated work at the office location.
• Must have personal laptop or smartphone and reliable transportation for local outreach activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a full-time commission-based role with earnings ranging from ₹0 up to ₹50,000+ monthly, contingent on your performance and deals closed.
