Our network includes hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Noida, Lucknow, Patna, Indore, and Ranchi, along with clinics situated in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity (Gurgaon), Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), Golf Course Road (Gurgaon), and Delhi Airports. Recently, we added a multispecialty hospital in Noida (Delhi NCR) and are actively expanding our presence geographically and in service offerings including homecare services, pathology, and pharmacy.
Job Location and Schedule
Position based in Gurgaon with a six-day workweek, requiring on-site presence at our office.
Job Purpose
The role focuses on guaranteeing smooth service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction within Medanta’s home care segment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Scheduling and managing appointments for Home Care services such as Home Sample Collection, Nursing Visits, Medicine Delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver services, and Physiotherapy at Home.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints with diligent follow-up.
- Handling inbound and outbound communication calls related to Home Care operations.
- Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of Home Care offerings to better assist customers.
- Monitoring service quality and suggesting improvements to enhance the Home Care customer experience.
- Executing additional Home Care operational tasks as designated by supervisors.

Eligibility and Qualifications
