The company provides a comprehensive, root-cause approach focused on women's health through a blend of functional nutrition, cycle-syncing, strength training, and holistic lifestyle coaching. Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and innovative part-time Nutrition and Strength Coach to join our team remotely, working approximately 30 hours weekly with potential for full-time growth. This position centers on delivering personalized coaching within our Premium Hormone Coaching program, helping women reclaim their health through science-backed nutrition and strength strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual coaching to clients in the Premium Hormone Coaching program.
- Develop customized nutrition and strength training plans emphasizing hormone balance and cycle syncing.
- Support clients in adopting sustainable lifestyle and mindset changes.
- Design program materials, recipe guides, and protocols for our ThreeSixFive health club.
- Stay informed on emerging integrative nutrition and women’s fitness trends.
- Engage actively with online community members to foster strong connections.
- Share client achievements and educational content via social media channels.
- Participate in sales and discovery calls with training provided to ensure confidence and success.
- Collaborate with the dynamic team to innovate and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Supplementary certification in the complementary discipline such as CPT for nutrition degrees or Integrative Nutrition Certification for exercise physiology degrees, ensuring expertise in both nutrition and fitness coaching.
- Minimum two years of experience in remote coaching, with strong knowledge of integrative health, female hormonal cycles, root-cause problem-solving, and cycle-syncing concepts.
- Proficiency in program creation, evidence-based coaching methods, and current insights into women's hormonal health.
- Self-driven, attentive to details, empathetic, and an innovative thinker.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to build strong client relationships.
