About INEOS Automotive
INEOS Automotive has established itself as a formidable force in the 4X4 vehicle sector, progressing from concept through prototype to delivering the Grenadier 4X4 worldwide. The company is expanding its product line with the upcoming double cab pickup, the Quartermaster. Their diverse team of approximately 1500 employees across 10 locations includes 44 nationalities, united in challenging conventional boundaries with grit, rigor, and a sense of humor.
Role Overview
As a Network Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Director Europe and broader commercial teams to manage all aspects of dealership network development within your region. Responsibilities include recruitment, establishment, performance oversight, and ensuring brand compliance for INEOS Grenadier dealers. You will drive strategic market implementation by managing dealer documentation processes, evaluating dealership performance metrics, and occasionally conducting in-store brand compliance audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute network, sales, and aftersales compliance initiatives aligned with leadership goals.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding dealer development and performance management.
- Comprehend and apply internal dealership policies alongside external franchising laws governing dealer-OEM relationships.
- Identify and engage potential new dealer candidates within target markets through thorough research and relationship cultivation.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective dealers assessing customer experience, employee relations, and existing OEM partnerships.
- Monitor developments in dealer staffing, ownership changes, facility updates, and key performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, franchising law changes, and automotive franchise innovations that could impact business operations.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years working within international business environments, ideally with automotive dealership, franchise operations, product launches, or startup ventures.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer experience insights, strong IT skills including proficiency with presentation and office software, and solid commercial awareness.
- Personal Attributes: Strong collaboration, prioritization, and deadline management abilities; analytical thinking; self-driven attitude; excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
