nCino Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned nCino and Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services, particularly in lending platforms. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities to guide development teams, shape innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for nCino and Salesforce implementations within Financial Services projects.
• Engage with clients to fully comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developer teams to ensure adherence to best practices and platform capabilities.
• Participate in solution architectural discussions, including data modeling and key design decisions for nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Take ownership of major technical deliverables such as solution designs, build oversight, and implementation quality assurance.
• Support estimation, project planning, and scoping to facilitate successful and realistic delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to maintain alignment across all stages of design and execution.
• Identify and communicate risks, gaps, and potential enhancements within solutions and advise stakeholders accordingly.
• Develop trusted client relationships and act as a reliable technical advisor throughout delivery engagements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience working extensively with nCino and Salesforce platforms, ideally within Financial Services or lending contexts.
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or senior developer role on Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and influence technical choices.
• Comprehensive experience managing the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and competence in engaging with clients in representative roles.

Desirable Attributes

• Familiarity with nCino lending workflows and banking-related processes.
• Experience with Data Cloud technologies, integrations, or managing complex enterprise environments.
• Robust technical expertise in Apex programming, platform configuration, and integration development.
• Participation in large scale transformation programs is a plus.
