Multi Task Attendant

Qualifications

• Must have completed education to Leaving Certificate level or an equivalent qualification.
• Completion of customer or patient care courses is preferred.
• Possession of ECDL or an equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Successful completion of relevant training such as Manual Handling and infection control is desirable.
• Holding a QQI Level 5 Qualification or willingness to undertake such training if required.

Experience and Skills

• At least six months’ experience in a comparable role within a hospital or similar setting.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
• Proactive with the ability to use initiative appropriately.
• Maintain professional and healthy working relationships with colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in liaising effectively with staff at various levels.
• Capable of responding suitably to different situations requiring attention.
• Experience interacting with the public is an added benefit.
• Commitment to ongoing personal development is desirable.
• Willingness to engage in team-oriented development, education, and training activities.
