Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer specializing in Adobe After Effects to join our team on a remote, hourly contract basis. This role involves creating exceptional motion graphics and visual effects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality motion graphics and visual effects utilizing Adobe After Effects.
- Analyze and critique motion design workflows and project files to ensure optimal quality.
- Offer clear explanations regarding creative concepts and technical choices made during production.
- Work alongside multiple teams to refine creative outcomes and manage relevant datasets.
- Create instructional materials, tutorials, and documentation to support animation processes.
- Evaluate practical motion design scenarios, contributing expert insights from the domain.
- Guarantee consistency, precision, and overall quality across all project deliverables.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics production at a professional level.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including skills in animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas and feedback effectively.
- High attention to detail paired with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience in reviewing projects, providing constructive feedback, and compiling documentation.
- Capability to operate independently and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset dedicated to delivering high-quality results consistently.
Additional Information
- Contract type: Hourly with compensation ranging from $21 to $70 per hour.
- Remote position with expected weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours.
