Role Overview

As a Modern Work Consultant specializing in Microsoft Teams Phone, you will leverage your practical experience to implement and manage complex voice communication environments that truly operate seamlessly and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Teams Phone solutions ensuring smooth telephony for clients.
• Design intelligent voice architectures aimed at improving communication efficiency.
• Lead migrations from traditional PBX systems to Teams Phone, maintaining secure and uninterrupted operations.
• Integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components, and existing telephony systems into Microsoft Teams, including configuration of Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
• Manage phone number porting processes while maintaining solution stability and quality using tools like Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and Call Analytics.
• Additionally, apply expertise in one or more of these domains: SharePoint, Collaboration Governance, Power Platform, or AI solutions to complement primary responsibility.

Specializations

• SharePoint: Organize digital workspaces, translate requirements into clear information architectures, and assist in data migration.
• Collaboration Governance: Develop collaboration guidelines within Microsoft 365, including defining roles, lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, and embedding practical standards.
• Power Platform: Create solutions that integrate systems and optimize processes.
• AI Solutions: Enhance workflows using Azure AI and Copilot, embedding responsible artificial intelligence in daily tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced with Teams Phone and with migrations from PBX environments.
• Possesses structured, solution-focused working style and excellent communication skills with customers.
• Curious and eager to experiment with emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, or Copilot is advantageous.
• Proficient communication abilities in both German and English.
