Role Overview

We are looking for a Moderator to oversee the data gathering process in central location tests within the market research sector. The Moderator's main responsibility is to guarantee accurate, efficient, and consistent data collection across all research sessions, requiring meticulous attention, strong organizational capability, and a thorough grasp of data collection methods. This role is strictly on-site in Atlanta, GA, with no remote opportunity. Working days are Monday to Friday during the day shift.

Key Duties

• Create and oversee tailored data collection protocols aligned with research goals and industry standards.
• Manage software and hardware data collection tools, ensuring their proper functionality and up-to-date status.
• Identify and resolve any data collection problems promptly to maintain reliability and consistency.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Organize, clean, and format data to prepare it for subsequent analysis following established protocols.
• Collaborate closely with research team members to ensure projects are completed timely with high quality.
• Keep abreast of emerging best practices and methodologies in data collection to uphold rigorous and ethical standards.
• Deliver outstanding client and participant support throughout data collection, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
