Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining business data, dashboards, property inventories, CRM records, and online property portal profiles. This role demands proficiency in data management and the capability to generate timely business insights to assist the Founder in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards covering leads, site visits, closures, inventory, revenue pipeline, and team performance.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for business reviews ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of company information.
- Collect, cleanse, segregate, validate, and organize customer, broker, property, and business data. Remove duplicate records and maintain structured master databases.
- Regularly update CRM with information on leads, follow-ups, and deal status, generating customized reports as needed by the Founder.
- Manage company profiles on various property portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, and CRE Matrix, including uploading new listings with precise details, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Continuously update, renew, and optimize listings to enhance visibility and lead generation, monitor portal performance, inquiries, and lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maintain timely data updates, keep records of properties, client needs, broker databases, and transaction statuses.
- Support lead allocation, reporting, and improve reporting processes by automating repetitive MIS tasks where possible.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, Power Query, charts, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with property portals is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with organizational ability and multitasking capability.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain direct coordination with the Founder.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 20000 to 27000 INR.
