Job Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a crucial role in maintaining product availability and presentation to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience. They prioritize safety, accuracy, and efficiency in performing their duties.

Supplier Collaboration

• Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and complete special projects aimed at enhancing product presentation and fulfilling supplier requirements.

Sales Enablement and Growth

• Ensure proper product displays align with sales strategies to boost revenue.
• Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools, and update display signage, materials, and brochures.

Operational Responsibilities

• Work in teams under onsite supervision to service multiple store departments, which involves tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
• Foster strong working relationships with store team members and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Positions available for day or overnight shifts in full-time or part-time capacity.
