We are launching a vibrant new JB Hi-Fi store in Napier, Hawke's Bay, and are looking for passionate Merchandise Coordinators and Team Members to join us. Role Overview

As a Merchandise Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting merchandising operations, maintaining stock levels, and enhancing the in-store environment to reflect the JB Hi-Fi brand. You will collaborate with your team to deliver seamless shopping experiences for customers in-store and online, handle counter duties when needed, and address customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous product replenishment and optimal merchandising placement throughout the store.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional JB Hi-Fi brand experiences via quality merchandising, promotional displays, and store presentation standards.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in counter service tasks as required, supporting both sales and customer support functions.
