Job Overview
We are urgently seeking skilled professionals for the role of Menu Creation Specialist with three vacancies available. The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and routinely revising food menus to meet company standards and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update menus regularly in accordance with company agreements.
- Manage food cost controls, inventory levels, and kitchen budgets to minimize waste.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients for menu approvals primarily through email.
- Develop effective kitchen schedules and delegate tasks to optimize kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely planning and availability of inventory.
- Work closely alongside management to reach both operational efficiency and financial performance targets.
