Role Overview
This position covers administration services for the team and individual client projects, alongside execution tasks handled by junior and account executives across varying disciplines.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Daily reporting to Account Directors/Account Managers to aid with routine requirements.
- Engagement with trading teams and specialists within the agency on campaign delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete media planning development life cycle.
- Manage plan implementation and ensure quality control of all media buys.
- Coordinate with specialized agency services for smooth deliverables.
- Guarantee media objectives and strategies are executed within budget.
- Maintain rigorous oversight on media budgets.
- Lead project management activities for media solutions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to uphold work quality and compliance with guidelines.
Key Duties
- Account administration including meeting organization, report preparation (progress and project reports), and financial management, requiring proactive effort for streamlined operations and deadline compliance.
- Gather and analyze competitive data to produce insightful presentations, emphasizing data interrogation and interpretation supported by meaningful insights.
- Assist Account Managers in prepping buying briefs for trading teams or media vendors and maintain follow-ups addressing queries and assessing media responses.
- Contribute to media strategy formulation and provide insights aligned with global and regional directions, including participating in creative brainstorming to generate innovative ideas.
- Support media plan origination by helping craft clear plans that translate strategy into actionable executions; assist in client presentations and workshops as needed.
- Ensure timely execution of approved media plans and campaigns by working closely with ad trafficking, site tagging, ad operations, and campaign tagging teams; monitor campaign performance and manage reporting systems accurately.
- Coordinate post-campaign reporting, assessing the effectiveness and value of media strategies.
- Verify media invoice accuracy and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely processing.
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail and manage trading team reporting to guarantee precision.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in marketing, advertising, or media.
- Strict compliance with deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
