About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and creative Mechanical Engineers to join our innovative team within a flat organizational structure. This role involves applying engineering principles to design and optimize mechanical and structural systems while leading multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and enhance mechanical and structural components ensuring high standards of safety, durability, and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to accomplish set objectives within deadlines.
- Develop detailed mechanical system designs and conduct comprehensive analyses.
- Manage quality assurance processes to meet both legal and internal quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering branches to support product development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges pertaining to mechanical and structural engineering.
- Maintain thorough documentation including project updates, design modifications, and quality control records.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Between 3 to 8 years of professional experience in mechanical and structural engineering, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with engineering design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like ISO and ASME.
- Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation software.
- Strong command of English language; proficiency in German is advantageous for liaising with local suppliers and specialists.
