Role Overview

We are seeking an adept Automotive Master Technician to join our expanding technical team in Dubai. This position requires a seasoned automotive expert capable of handling vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and intricate troubleshooting across various vehicle makes. The successful candidate will demonstrate profound technical knowledge, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring repair tasks meet stringent quality standards efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in diverse passenger vehicles.
Execute advanced repair work on engines, transmissions, suspensions, steering, brakes, and electrical parts.
Employ OEM and third-party diagnostic tools for accurate problem detection and resolution.
Analyze wiring schematics, technical guides, service bulletins, and manufacturer repair instructions.
Perform preventive maintenance, quality inspections, and checks aligning with corporate and manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct test drives to verify repair effectiveness and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage meticulously.
Provide technical support, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced technicians and apprentices.
Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain an orderly workshop environment.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Operations to ensure prompt and efficient repair completion.
Keep abreast of latest automotive technologies, diagnostic approaches, and manufacturer protocols.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Completion of High School or equivalent; additional Automotive Technical Certification or Diploma is advantageous.
At least five years of practical experience as an Automotive or Senior Technician.
Proven exposure to servicing multiple automotive brands.
Advanced expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic automotive systems.
Familiarity with automotive diagnostic scanners and repair-related software.
Competency in interpreting technical documents including manuals, electrical diagrams, and wiring charts.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capability.
Physically fit to work both in workshop and onsite settings, including areas with restricted or elevated space.
Possession of a UAE driving license is considered an asset.

Deep understanding of electrical fault isolation and troubleshooting.
