About the Role
YouTrip Australia seeks a Marketing Executive to assist with the implementation of daily marketing activities spanning social media, content creation, lifecycle management, and campaign support. This role is ideal for individuals early in their marketing careers seeking practical, multi-channel experience within a dynamic fintech and travel sector.
Working collaboratively with the local Marketing team, you will help activate campaigns, facilitate new product introductions, and ensure the YouTrip brand is consistently visible and impactful at all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, asset coordination, deliverables, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to maintain project schedules.
- Support marketing around product launches, events, and key travel seasons.
- Ensure timely and precise execution of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Contribute to content scheduling and publishing for social media, email, and in-app platforms.
- Help produce and adapt content such as emails, push notifications, landing pages, and essential campaign materials.
- Assist in managing lifecycle communications and maintaining related templates and flows.
- Undertake quality assurance, scheduling, and performance evaluations of lifecycle messaging.
- Track campaign performance across social, CRM, partnerships, and paid media, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports and share campaign insights with the wider team.
- Engage in basic testing and iteration based on results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Support, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Support marketing operations by managing tracking, documentation, and calendar upkeep.
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries.
Candidate Profile
- Between 1 to 3 years of marketing, growth, or communications experience in in-house, agency, or startup settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge across diverse marketing disciplines.
- Curious about marketing’s impact on user engagement and business success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with email, CRM, or customer lifecycle management tools.
