Marketing Events Executive

About the Role

Martian Logic, a dynamic Australian HR SaaS scale-up with a strong product and dedicated customers, is seeking a high-energy Marketing Events Executive to lead and innovate our event strategy. This pivotal role will focus on organizing and executing industry events and virtual sessions to promote brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule of live industry events across Australia.
• Take charge of the complete execution of monthly and quarterly webinars and virtual events.
• Discover and assess new high-return event opportunities targeting HR leaders at mid-market and enterprise levels, notably within health and education sectors.
• Oversee budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, event registrations, and on-site event delivery to ensure excellence.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Sales to maximize demand generation from all events, including promoting, managing on-site activations, and follow-up engagement.
• Coordinate content planning, manage speaker arrangements, script run-of-show, and orchestrate promotional campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report metrics related to event effectiveness, lead quality, sales pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
• Serve as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador for Martian Logic at all event engagements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in marketing events or event coordination, preferably within B2B SaaS or HR Tech industries.
• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale in-person events and virtual webinars.
• Excellent project management capabilities with keen attention to detail and strong stakeholder influencing skills.
• Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for networking and representing brands face-to-face.
• Energetic and positive demeanor that enhances events and team morale.
• Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or wider HR sector highly advantageous.
• Resides in Sydney with the ability and willingness to travel interstate frequently.
