The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of event promotion, speaker relationships, and conference coordination. The position supports Noria’s conference portfolio by helping identify, engage, and champion speakers while also contributing to marketing plans that keep each event moving forward proactively.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, who oversees speaker recruitment and program development, and act as a relationship-focused contact for speakers throughout their journey. Rather than a purely desk-based content job, this position centers on communication, storytelling, and building trust with people who help make the conferences successful.
Along with speaker engagement, the role calls for forward-thinking marketing support. Noria runs a growing global conference calendar, and the team is looking for someone who can help shape campaign ideas, strengthen outreach, and contribute to planning rather than only carrying out existing instructions.
This is a visible opportunity for someone who wants to grow in events and marketing while supporting an expanding conference business.
Events Covered
- Machinery Lubrication Conference & Exhibition
- Reliable Plant Conference & Exhibition

- Assist with speaker sourcing by researching potential presenters, helping draft outreach, and building relationships that lead to confirmed sessions.
- Gather speaker bios, headshots, and related materials while also identifying the story and angle that will resonate with attendees.
- Turn speaker expertise into promotional content that creates interest before the event begins.

- Work with the marketing team to create and improve marketing plans for conferences on the global calendar.
- Spot timing risks, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas that help the team plan ahead instead of reacting late.

- Write and send outreach emails and campaigns for speaker recruitment, attendee registration, and audience engagement.
- Create social media content that highlights speakers and builds anticipation for upcoming events.
- Maintain the social media schedule and help keep campaigns on track across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external design partners by preparing briefs and checking final deliverables for quality.
- Serve as a connection point between marketing, design, and speaker-facing teams to keep work aligned.

- Excellent writing skills with the flexibility to produce both warm outreach messages and concise, engaging social copy.
- Ability to manage many speaker conversations and deliverables at once, including outreach, onboarding, and logistics across three concurrent events.
- Must be based in or near Tulsa, Oklahoma, and able to commute to the office every day.
