About the Role and Company
Prepfully is seeking a driven Growth professional to join the Founders Office and collaborate closely with the company's founder. This role focuses on scaling products that have already demonstrated strong product-market fit, designing, implementing, and improving AI agents to automate key business functions, and identifying new avenues for company expansion.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents to automate various aspects of business operations including research, reporting, support, and marketing automation.
- Continuously monitor and refine AI agents for improved performance and impact.
- Engage in diverse projects, from automating customer service responses to managing data deduplication for the question bank.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to uncover new business opportunities and assist in building a scalable startup.
Candidate Profile
- Must be passionate about creating and managing AI-driven automation platforms and familiar with tools like n8n, Make, OpenAI APIs.
- Experience working alongside founders or C-level executives is advantageous.
- Demonstrates qualities such as extremely high ownership, strong ambition, curiosity, comfort in ambiguous situations, and decisiveness.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in AI tool integration and automation.
- Educational backgrounds such as MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent analytical disciplines are welcome, but mastery in AI application is more crucial than formal credentials.
Selection Process
- Submit a brief video walkthrough or prototype showcasing an AI agent or automation flow you have created.
- Participate in an initial 30-minute discussion focused on cultural fit and background with the founder.
- Engage in a 60-minute live co-building session with the founder to design an AI agent for a genuine Prepfully use case.
- Receive an offer upon successful completion of the prior stages.
