Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Content Coordinator to enhance the marketing efforts across multiple operating companies, including Specialty Appliance, Arizona Appliance & Home, FBS Appliance, and Kodiak Interiors Group itself. This role will manage content creation, editing, publishing, and oversight across digital channels such as websites, social media, emails, photography, video, blogs, and other promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling content tailored for websites, email marketing, blogs, social media posts, advertising campaigns, and other promotional assets while maintaining and managing a dynamic content calendar for multiple platforms.
• Create basic marketing visuals using tools like Canva and Adobe Express; capture and professionally edit photographs and videos featuring showrooms, products, events, staff, customers, and partners.
• Manage and execute organic social media content strategies across assigned businesses, producing engaging short-form videos for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Compose captivating captions and calls to action to boost brand visibility and engagement; monitor audience interaction and handle customer inquiries or escalate as needed; systematically track performance metrics for ongoing enhancement.
• Assist with website content updates emphasizing SEO best practices, coordinate email marketing campaigns, and manage digital assets efficiently.
• Support corporate marketing events like showroom openings, promotions, trade shows, and culinary demos, including event support tasks such as setup, teardown, and media capture.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, leadership, agencies, and external vendors to uphold brand consistency and ensure timely project delivery.
• Utilize AI-based tools to streamline workflows, elevate content quality, and improve overall productivity.
• Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, emerging digital technologies, and social media best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing or professional content creation is required.
• Proven skills in photography, videography, and editing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and similar creative software.
• Experience with SEO, website content management, and major social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly (up to 30% travel by car and air).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Competence in handling cameras, computer equipment, lighting, and production gear.
• Preparedness for travel demands involving automobile and airplane transportation as required.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite at Kodiak Interiors Group Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, with extensive travel to appliance showrooms, corporate offices, trade events, and other operational locations nationwide. Work settings can vary including offices, event venues, showrooms, outdoor spaces, and construction sites.
