Position Overview

Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario is recruiting a Marketing & Communication Coordinator to assist the organization through a significant transformation phase including launching a landmark capital campaign. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications, this position involves hands-on work in graphic design, social media management, and communication tasks both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a versatile, detail-focused self-starter who manages diverse tasks efficiently and ensures consistency and quality for all content produced. Core Responsibilities

  • Create visual content such as social media graphics, email designs, posters, signage, and printed materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in producing materials for donors, capital campaign, events, and internal communications.

  • Manage social media posting schedules across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, crafting platform-specific copy that resonates with target audiences.
