About the Company

Lincoln Group is a prominent Irish professional services organization encompassing five specialist brands: Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, Medforce Healthcare Recruitment, Steering Point Executive Search, Futurecare Homecare, and Fortiva Children's Residential Care. The group partners with some of Ireland’s most recognized organizations to identify, develop, and support exceptional talent.

Role Overview

This position entails full operational responsibility for the marketing activities across all five brands. Reporting to the Head of Innovation & Strategy, who maintains strategic direction, the role manages day-to-day marketing efforts by collaborating closely with recruitment consultants and care business leaders. The scope includes ownership of the marketing calendar, brand and campaign execution, lead generation, candidate attraction, and eventually leading the marketing function while building and managing a team. This role requires a practical, hands-on marketing professional who thrives on direct engagement, event participation, and producing commercial impacts rather than merely managing social media schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with recruitment and care business teams across the five brands to understand market dynamics, identify campaign opportunities, and convert marketing efforts into qualified leads and enhanced brand visibility.
  • Manage all marketing-sourced lead generation focusing primarily on recruitment brands — developing targeted lists, deploying trigger-based campaigns, converting online and event traffic into qualified leads, and tracking lead conversion and placement outcomes.
  • Own the marketing calendar, transforming brand objectives into impactful campaigns linked to pipeline development, setting performance metrics, overseeing execution, and communicating trade-offs to leadership.
  • Direct content creation, social media management, and thought leadership initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn; mentor consultants and senior leaders to cultivate their personal brand presence while maintaining consistent, high-quality branding across all brands.
  • Coordinate a calendar of industry events, sponsorships, awards submissions, and client/candidate hosting activities; actively participate in key events to foster relationships and drive business pipeline growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts such as SEO, website content management, segmented email campaigns, newsletters, and analytics to align marketing activities with lead and candidate acquisition.
  • Create high-standard branded materials including brochures, presentations, event collateral, and campaign assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for multiple brands.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Four to six years of marketing experience within recruitment, professional services, healthcare, or B2B sectors, ready to take on a leadership trajectory managing marketing functions.
  • A strategic marketer who partners with sales and operational teams, participates in business development dialogues, and delivers measurable impacts on lead generation, candidate attraction, and placements rather than just visibility metrics.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content management systems, complemented by solid offline marketing skills in event management, sponsorships, and print media.
  • Energetic, inquisitive, and proactive personality who actively engages with teams, attends to tasks hands-on, and contributes creative ideas independently.
  • Comfortable with public representation, including interacting with consultants and leading events to personify the brands externally.
  • Proven ability to generate and measure marketing impact through lead and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience managing marketing activities across multiple brands is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
