Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Medical Affairs, the Manager of Professional Education and Accredited Programs is tasked with leading the design, management, and execution of continuing education initiatives. The role encompasses overseeing NPF educational activities, partnership collaborations, and accredited medical education events including live, virtual, and enduring formats. A critical responsibility is ensuring all programs comply with accreditation and regulatory standards while aligning with organizational objectives through sound business practices encompassing planning, budgeting, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise development and delivery of diverse educational platforms such as symposia, conferences, virtual and enduring activities.
  • Lead initial and ongoing collaboration meetings with internal and external teams; prepare agendas and monitor project progress.
  • Ensure timely achievement of milestones by engaging all project contributors effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally to align program outcomes with strategic goals.
  • Guarantee that all programs meet accreditation criteria and regulatory mandates; communicate standards consistently to faculty and stakeholders.
  • Perform compliance audits for accurate and complete documentation management.
  • Partner with Educational Grants and Partnerships management to fulfill reporting and partnership requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience in professional education, healthcare program management, or event planning is essential.
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards such as ACCME and ANCC, and continuing education regulations is necessary.
  • Possession of Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP) credential is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects effectively.
