About the Role

AB InBev GCC India seeks a highly driven Manager - PMO in Bangalore to lead the Governance and Execution of the Global Business Services (GBS) Operational Excellence (OE) Program. As a critical bridge between GBS India MANCOM and Tower leadership, you will strategize and implement operational priorities, steering projects aligned with 1 to 3 year plans. This role emphasizes data-centric management to track and improve operations continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and success of the company’s OE program within the center, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders and global teams.
  • Govern the OE framework by conducting monthly audits, analyzing results, preparing actionable plans, and driving continuous improvement alongside tower teams.
  • Create insightful dashboards using Excel and Power BI to analyze performance trends and identify risks, delivering presentations to leadership.
  • Benchmark performance against other GBS centers and integrate industry best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions on OE frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies such as RCA, PDCA, SDCA, DMAIC, DMADV, and Kaizen as needed.
  • Identify and close operational process gaps utilizing project management techniques.
  • Promote and support adoption of project management practices tailored for operational initiatives; train and mentor team members accordingly.
  • Oversee key operational routines including Shared Communication Meetings, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Rewards and Recognition, events, stakeholder visits, and engagement programs.
  • Challenge existing processes to enhance routine effectiveness and data quality, coordinating with GCC and GBS teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements aligned with center targets, demonstrating an understanding of financial metrics such as ZBB, Package, Cost Center, Blueprint, and ROI.
  • Exhibit a growth-oriented mindset to uncover and leverage opportunity areas despite challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience leading comprehensive project management, OE programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical and Functional Competencies

  • Expertise in end-to-end project management with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient data analysis and advanced reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats for stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced strategic planning and process improvement capabilities.
  • Proficient with MS Excel at an expert level, advanced PowerPoint, and intermediate Power BI skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Intermediate Power BI competency.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AGILE at intermediate proficiency.
  • Experienced in change management techniques.
