About the Role
The Chicago Bulls Business Strategy and Analytics team seeks a Manager of Data and Analytics Solutions to serve as a key partner to the Corporate Partnerships department. This role involves strategizing the use of data, developing tools and dashboards, and managing projects that enhance business operations. Centralizing disparate corporate partnership data into scalable, reliable systems is a critical focus, enabling the team to make informed decisions and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver comprehensive performance dashboards to provide the partnerships team with clear and consistent business insights.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data-driven platforms and AI tools that enhance Corporate Partnerships' operational efficiency.
- Automate and streamline cross-functional processes such as invoicing transitions and inventory management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work in recurring partnership functions.
- Oversee CRM configuration and optimization tailored to Corporate Partnerships, incorporating business needs and user feedback.
- Lead data strategy discussions and assist with evaluating technology vendors to support key tools.
- Collaborate with partnerships staff on emerging data initiatives like data clean rooms and monetization opportunities.
- Standardize and centralize Corporate Partnerships data to establish a consistent reporting and analytics foundation.
- Develop standardized queries to enable swift, repeatable analysis across the department.
- Coordinate with data engineering teams to maintain underlying infrastructures and platform integrations.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between Corporate Partnerships and the broader Business Strategy & Analytics team.
- Promote the adoption of data tools and dashboards to foster data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and AI-enabled automation, proposing ways to improve team processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of consistent professional and personal accomplishments.
- Minimum of five years experience in analytical or solutions-focused roles involving tool, platform, or dashboard development.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Skilled in designing and managing dashboards, preferably with Tableau.
- Experienced in building or deploying data and analytics platforms or automations that enhance business operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in sales or partnership environments.
- Comfort with modern data and AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.
- Background supporting revenue operations, sales, or partnerships teams.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, complemented by a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation is contingent on education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data and internal equity.

Additional Information
