Role Overview

This position involves full responsibility for managing estimations and monitoring quantity variations for a high-value project valued at 1100 Crore. The role includes leading a team of three contracts engineers and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive progress tracking in line with mutually agreed project milestones through ongoing client correspondence.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Director and Business Heads to handle claims related to variations identified at project sites.
• Provide daily updates on site progress to promptly initiate any required quantity variation adjustments.
• Coordinate with authorized external agencies managing contracts and claims specific to the railway business.
• Identify discrepancies in subcontractor billing and ensure timely notification to contractors before billing deadlines.
• Submit claims and communicate with clients in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions.
