About iX Biopharma
iX Biopharma is an SGX-listed specialty pharmaceutical company building and commercialising innovative therapies through its proprietary WaferiX® sublingual drug delivery platform. The business is now moving into a new growth phase, including a major strategic push into the United States, supported by a US$41 million development contract from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). That funding is intended to support Phase 3 clinical development of Wafermine®, the company’s patented sublingual ketamine wafer for acute pain. With this backing, the company is expanding its U.S. infrastructure and manufacturing base to speed up production and prepare for commercial entry in the U.S. market.
Role Overview
This position works directly with the CEO, providing analytical, drafting, and administrative support across a wide range of strategic and operational matters. The role offers close exposure to high-level decision-making and cross-functional execution in a fast-growing environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist the CEO with daily strategic priorities, key workstreams, and coordination across the organisation to keep actions aligned and moving forward.
- Support corporate development activities such as fundraising, partnerships, market expansion, and strategic transactions.
- Help prepare drafts and materials for board meetings, investor meetings, corporate decks, and roadshow presentations.
- Carry out research, analysis, due diligence, briefing note preparation, and execution support for important initiatives and special projects.

Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone who is intellectually strong, reliable, and enthusiastic about working closely with a founder/CEO in a high-growth setting. The role is suited to a person seeking broad exposure and rapid learning in strategic and transaction-oriented work.
Preferred Background
A legal background from a well-regarded university is preferred. Experience in fundraising, transaction execution, and financial analysis will be an advantage. At least 3 years of experience is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with sound judgement and the ability to manage confidential information discreetly. The candidate should also be prepared to travel and support roadshows, investor meetings, and other CEO-led activities when needed.
