Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Acquisition Manager based in Qatar to drive our business growth. This leadership role involves managing, mentoring, and motivating a dynamic team of Sales Executives focused on achieving ambitious monthly acquisition targets and expanding our restaurant network within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives across the designated regions, overseeing their performance and development.
- Drive achievement of monthly acquisition goals and key performance indicators through effective coaching, field visits, and regular performance assessments.
- Manage the entire restaurant acquisition process from lead generation to deal closure, supporting negotiation on commercial terms and marketing agreements aligned with company policies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners through disciplined prospecting and CRM management.
- Track and analyze daily and weekly sales activity metrics and conversion rates, providing accurate pipeline forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about Talabat’s products, pricing strategies, and promotions to aid the sales team in pitching effectively.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience and successful launch.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market trends to identify business opportunities or potential challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to implement commercial initiatives in the field.
- Represent Talabat professionally to external stakeholders, embodying the company values of reliability, innovation, and partnership.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Four to six years of sales or acquisition experience, including prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach, train, and motivate high-performance sales teams.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field sales, ideally within food and beverage, delivery, FMCG, or technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is considered advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical acumen with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), dashboards, and reporting tools.
