About the Role
Getz Pharma, a prominent healthcare organization in Pakistan, invites applications for the position of Management Trainee in Corporate Communication based in Karachi. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop expertise in corporate communication, social media management, and brand engagement within a dynamic, progressive company.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, tags, and direct messages.
- Respond promptly and professionally to audience comments and messages ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Assess user complaints and sentiments to suggest improvements for community management strategies.
- Redirect specialized queries relating to technical, medical, or product matters to appropriate internal teams.
- Keep detailed records of flagged content and the actions undertaken on each case.
- Maintain compliance with company branding and legal regulations throughout all communications.
Qualifications and Skills
- A graduate degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-accredited institution is required.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in community management or digital communications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Understanding of brand management, digital communication strategies, and online reputation monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with good judgment and multitasking capabilities.
