Position Overview
Infinite Aged Care invites applications for a full-time Garden/Maintenance Officer at its Klemzig residential aged care facility in South Australia. This role supports the upkeep and maintenance of a warm, culturally diverse community setting close to local amenities and Adelaide's CBD.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The job offers a balanced Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to roughly 3:00 PM. Remuneration includes hourly wages with a bi-weekly paid phone allowance as part of this permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Participation in daily leadership meetings to coordinate tasks and priorities.
- Execution of general maintenance duties consistent with company standards, plans, and guidelines.
- Completion of emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance adhering to all legal and regulatory standards.
- Promotion and maintenance of a safe workplace for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Management and supervision of contractors when necessary.
- Delivery of exceptional client service.
- Flexibility in tasks such as landscaping, gardening, general repairs, waste removal, painting, and test and tagging (with post-hire training).
Candidate Profile
- Preferred prior experience in property maintenance.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a strong commitment to a safety-oriented work culture.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize for effective task completion.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a pronounced customer service focus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Possession of or willingness to apply for a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- A positive, proactive approach essential for success.
