Position Overview

As an Analyst at NEOMA, you will engage directly in operational transaction activities, independently managing clearly defined tasks within active mandates alongside project leaders. You will gain early exposure to all steps of the M&A lifecycle, with a clear trajectory to eventually lead process steps autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and target company analyses in the digital sector.
• Develop financial models and build company valuations.
• Contribute to the creation of Information Memoranda, including responsibility for distinct sections.
• Prepare and organize materials for clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain direct, personal communication with clients, investors, and other involved parties throughout ongoing processes.
• Collaborate closely and respectfully within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Preferably practical experience via internships in M&A, Transaction Services, Audit, or related domains.
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid understanding of business economics.
• Genuine interest in the digital industry, understanding digital business models, trends, and the impact of digitalization on enterprises.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common AI tools used in daily work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Independent and structured work style with a keen willingness to learn swiftly.
• Team-oriented mindset with an open and personable character.
