Position Overview

Dilawri Group is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to be part of the team at BMW Aurora, Aurora, Ontario. This role focuses on organization, maintenance, and preparation of vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure outstanding presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize vehicle placement on the lot to maximize space and present a neat appearance.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to relevant staff.
  • Label vehicles correctly with pricing and necessary information.
  • Assist in vehicle deliveries, including washing and fueling them before scheduled delivery times.
  • Participate in dealer trades and other driving tasks as required.
  • Perform routine lot upkeep tasks including sweeping, garbage removal, and snow clearing during adverse weather.
  • Operate both standard (manual) and automatic transmission vehicles proficiently.
  • Provide quality customer service and foster positive interactions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong work ethic with organizational skills; comfortable working outdoors throughout the year.
  • Detail-oriented regarding vehicle condition and lot upkeep.
  • Capability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum one year of experience in vehicle detailing.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License with at least three years of driving experience.
  • Clean driving record confirmed through Driver’s Abstract.
