About the Role
Durawot Industries Private Limited is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily transportation activities and ensure timely coordination with drivers for pickups and deliveries. The role demands practical experience in handling Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) shipments alongside exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with drivers and transport agents to guarantee timely deployment of vehicles, pickups, and deliveries.
- Efficiently handle Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) shipment operations.
- Plan transportation routes and keep track of vehicle movements to ensure punctual delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Address and resolve any transit-related challenges while providing regular shipment status updates.
- Record shipment information accurately within CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Compile daily logistics reports detailing trip progress and delivery updates.
- Coordinate activities between warehouses and customers to facilitate seamless dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure all logistics documents are precise and thoroughly maintained.
Job Requirements
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in logistics coordination.
- Practical experience specifically in handling Part Load and Full Load freight operations is essential.
- Strong ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and transport operators.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and CRM software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Capability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple shipments concurrently.
