Role overview
A private principal in Los Angeles is looking for a refined Lifestyle Assistant to manage personal and lifestyle support in a carefully curated, luxury setting. The position is designed for someone with strong coordination abilities, excellent taste, and prior experience assisting an ultra-high-net-worth individual. You will be part of a small, trusted team and help keep personal operations organized and efficient behind the scenes.
Core duties
- Keep wardrobe systems organized across more than one residence.
- Handle buying, exchanges, and return coordination.
- Arrange thoughtful gifting and related planning.
- Source premium products and services as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with brands, showrooms, and vendors.
- Support travel preparation and personal project execution.
- Manage changing priorities with calm, discretion, and a polished approach.
Experience and profile
The ideal applicant is highly organized, self-directed, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-moving private environment. Experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth principal, executive, or private household is required.
